These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 1red Casino and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site.

1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 1red Casino (the "Site", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by 1red Casino UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We hold a gambling licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), and all gaming activities conducted on this Site are regulated under that licence. Our UKGC licence number and registered details are displayed in the footer of every page.
1.2 By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 1red Casino UK Ltd.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Collectively, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 1red Casino regarding your use of the Site.
1.4 We operate exclusively for users located in the United Kingdom. If you are accessing the Site from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply.
1.5 These Terms are effective from February 2026. Any gambling activity on the Site prior to your reading of these Terms is also governed by the version of the Terms that was in force at the time of that activity.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Site" means the 1red Casino website accessible at 1redcasino-uk.org and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or platforms operated by 1red Casino UK Ltd.
2.2 "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Site, whether registered or not. A "Registered User" specifically refers to a person who has successfully completed account registration and whose account has been verified and approved by us.
2.3 "Account" means the personal account held by a Registered User on the Site, through which they access Services, manage funds, and track gaming activity. Each User is permitted one Account only.
2.4 "Services" means all gambling and gaming activities made available through the Site, including but not limited to online casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and any other gaming products we offer from time to time.
2.5 "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free spins, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or other incentive we make available to Users, subject always to the specific bonus terms attached to that offer.
2.6 "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. The standard wagering requirement at 1red Casino is 30x unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.
2.7 "UKGC" means the UK Gambling Commission, the statutory body responsible for regulating commercial gambling in Great Britain under the Gambling Act 2005. All our operations are conducted in accordance with UKGC requirements and the associated Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP).
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 1red Casino. We take age verification seriously and comply with all UKGC requirements in this area. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may suspend or permanently close any account where we have reason to believe the User is under 18, and any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 1red Casino. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and all associated balances and winnings being voided.
3.3 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
3.4 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017, we are required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Verification may require a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method. We may also request source-of-funds documentation for larger transactions.
3.5 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 All transactions on 1red Casino are conducted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at our prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from interbank rates. Any applicable conversion fees will be borne by the User.
4.2 We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is £10. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts using e-wallets and within 3–5 business days for card and bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times are from the point of our approval and do not include additional time required by your bank or payment provider. The minimum withdrawal is £20.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used to deposit ("payment reversal policy"), in line with anti-money laundering requirements. If your original payment method is no longer available, we may process the withdrawal via bank transfer only, subject to full KYC verification being completed.
4.5 We do not charge deposit fees. 1red Casino does not apply withdrawal transaction fees; however, your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees, for which we accept no responsibility. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited, particularly for transactions above AML-specified thresholds.
5. Bonus Terms
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 1red Casino are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus and associated winnings not wagered within this period will expire and be automatically removed.
5.2 While playing with an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is £5 (five pounds). Bets placed above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. It is your responsibility to check the applicable maximum bet before playing with bonus funds.
5.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 0%). Free spins winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement. Full game contribution rates are published on our Bonuses page. It is your responsibility to check contributions before wagering bonus funds on any game.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to exploit promotions, colluding with other players, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.5 1red Casino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are only available to new UK-registered customers over 18, and are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the 1red Casino Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation and arrangement of such content — is the property of 1red Casino UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by English and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Site or its content, make any derivative use of the Site, or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
6.3 You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the Site or access to the Site. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or licence granted by 1red Casino and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
6.4 The "1red Casino" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of 1red Casino UK Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, logo, or other proprietary designation of 1red Casino or any third party without prior written consent from the relevant owner.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraud and Deception: You must not use the Site to engage in fraudulent activity of any kind. This includes using stolen or unauthorised payment details, providing false identification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility for any promotion or service.
7.2 Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, all linked accounts will be closed, all balances and pending withdrawals will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the UKGC and relevant authorities.
7.3 Underage Gambling: Allowing, encouraging, or facilitating gambling by persons under 18 is a serious offence. If you become aware that a minor is accessing gambling services through your account or device, you must inform us immediately. We use third-party age verification services and cooperate fully with UKGC investigations.
7.4 Money Laundering: The Site must not be used for any money laundering activity. We are required by law to report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
7.5 Technical Exploitation: You must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Site or gain any unfair advantage over other users. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Gambling involves risk. We make no guarantee — express or implied — that you will win any amount or that the Site will be available without interruption, error, or delay. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and is entirely beyond our control. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
8.3 Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £500. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.4 We are not responsible for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, network outages, or third-party service failures.
9. Privacy

9.2 We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 10. Changes to Terms

11.2 We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days and a final response issued within 8 weeks, as required by UKGC guidelines.
